试用 vue
创建一个基于 webpack 模板的新项目:
$ vue init webpack my-project
却报错说：

解决方法：
1. 使用 $ npm install svgo@latest命令
2. 使用 $ npm install core-js@latest 命令
3. 使用 $ npm install eslint --save-dev 命令
4. 使用 $ npm install -g npm 命令
5 .使用 $ nvm install node 命令
6. 使用 sthp-linux proxy （详细过程，可以看这篇文章内容）
1）先使用 $ ./sthp-linux -p 8090 -s 127.0.0.1:1090
2) 然后使用 $ source ~/env_source_env
3) 最后使用 $ echo $HTTP_PROXY
7. 最后重新运行 $ vue init webpack my-project ，就发现已经可以了
